FCC rule理解

47 CFR 2.1043
Changes in Certificated equipmentThe following changes shall not be performed without application for and authorization of a new grant of certification. （没有新批的认证申请和授权，不得进行下列变更） ØChanges to the basic frequency determining and


stabilizing circuitry(including clock or data rates)
（基本频率确定和变化稳定电路（包括时钟或数据传输速率） ØChanges to the frequency multiplication stages
（倍频阶段的变化）

ØChanges to the basic modulator circuit
（调制器的基本电路的变化）
ØChanges to the maximum output power or maximum

field strength rating （最大输出功率或最大比变化或者磁场强度等级）
ØIncrease (or decrease) maximum input power rating
on Spread Spectrum Transmitter




    （增加或减少最大输入功率等级的扩频发射机）
以上是FCC需要重新认证审核的，我们公司产品经常做layout变更，
大家帮我分析下，有什么问题呢？

有些东西真的很难定义，只能跟着要求理解，但是什么才是真正的尺度呢？
现在PCB变化一点点酒考虑变更FCC，真是头疼还涉及到好多钱.
