EMC Expert for a famous research center

Dears, I am conductiong searching for a EMC Consultant (Internal Sr. Manager) for a famous Research Center in Shanghai.

Theteam (located in Shanghai) is a dynamic group of more than 60 experts in the field of Consulting, engineering and other innovation services. You will hierarchically report to the site manager of this organization in China.

You will play a crucial role in building up an EMC expert consultancy services in the Greater China Region. Your technical knowledge and problem solving capabilities are needed to connect to the engineers and managers at various Philips R&D centers, so that you can acquire consultancy projects. Your social skills with both Asian and European people are crucial to build a bridge between our customers and the European Expert Center.

The consultancy service includes Electro Magnetic Compatibility (radiated and conducted emission and immunity), Electro Static Discharge, antenna design, Signal and Power Integrity, Wireless co-existence, and EMF.

Requirement:

You have a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering; a PhD is a plus

·
At least 5-10 years experience in a professional product design environment

·
Broad and in-depth knowledge and a proven track record in Electro Magnetic Compatibility (radiated and conducted emission and immunity).

·
Good knowledge of at least 2 of the following fields: Electro Static Discharge, antenna design, Signal and Power Integrity, Wireless co-existence, or EMF

·
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly summarize complex technical problems

·
Able to act as an entrepreneur: acquisition skills, customer minded

·
Very good inter-cultural social skills with Chinese and European technicians, architects, and managers

·
Very good mastery of the English language. Chinese is a strong plus.

You are result driven

·
You combine analytical and conceptual thinking, physical insight, flexibility and a hands-on mentality to deliver sustainable results and creative solutions

·
You are a motivated self propelling person, with determination to succeed and the ability to manage change

·
Being able to inspire people, lead, train and mobilize teams is a plus

·
You are willing to travel regularly to Shanghai,
Suzhou, Hong Kong and up to 6 weeks a year to Europe
